One of the leaders in mobile manufacturing, i.e. LG, has introduced another slide phone called LX370. It comes along with a digital camera and a digital player by which the product type is classified. The 1.9 inches width phone weighs just 3.7 ounces.
The slide phone comes with a silver body and like all other latest mobiles it has an internal antenna. The 4.06 inches long and 0.63 inches thick phone has a 2 megapixel camera and is available for just $99.99 with a two year contract which is comparatively cheap considering and comparing the available features with the phone.
The 2 inches screen display 262,000 colours and has a resolution of 240 x 320-pixel QVGA. The phone comes with a Google shortcut allowing easy launch of Google maps, Youtube and Gmail. The volume control, charger jack and a micro USB port are on the left side and shutter key, voice command key, microSD card slot and 2.5mm headset jack are on the right side. The silver body of the phone is so much reflective that it can be used as a mirror.
The keys give a smooth sensation and the phone has tiny dotted bumps on the back for facilitating grip. All other options like multimedia messaging, text messaging, calculator, calendar, voice messaging, speaker phone, alarm, world clock, notepad and unit converter are default. Data can be transferred to and from using Bluetooth. Music and application can be downloaded and stored in the 1GB microSD card which comes along with the phone. Memory can be expanded upto 16 GB.
The phone can be considered best for its call quality and has a talk time of 6 hrs. The phone works with a capacity of 900 mAh and a lithium ion technology. The phone is slim and sleek, easy to use and can be easily slided into the pocket. It may look like it cost too much for the above specifications, but its not. You’ll feel wrong once you start using it.
