Naturally augment Dopamine level

Dopamine is a hormone produced naturally in the brains of humans. This hormone is very important and plays an important role in regulating the emotions, mood, anxiety, ability to deal with at the time of stress and also the patterns of sleep. Controlling the cravings and decision making ability is also enhanced depending on the levels of dopamine produced in the brain.
Usually to be social with people the levels of dopamine should be very high. High levels help in getting more pleasure experiences. Thus, naturally the levels of dopamine can be increased. Here are given certain steps and things which helps in enhancing this hormone level.
Stair 1: Ripe bananas are very good enhancers of these dopamine hormones. It should be included in daily diet too. Dopamine quinine is produced in banana when it matures thus it is a natural form of dopamine. Bruising is indicated by the black dots in the fruit but the white portion in banana embraces the highest level of dopamine content.
Stair 2: Foods which are rich in antioxidants must be consumed in the daily diet. Dopamine levels are reduced in the body because of the free radicals, thus antioxidants help in eliminating those free radicals. Most fruits and vegetables like blueberries, red beans, artichokes, cranberries, strawberries and prunes contain high level of antioxidants.
Stair 3: Saturated fats and foods rich in sugar have to be taken less. These food items reduces the levels of dopamine in bloodstream and also the saturated fats will clog the arteries which increases the risk of heart attacks and other problems related to heart. The intake of olive oil and other polyunsaturated oil foods are allowed.
Stair 4: Intake of alcoholic drinks has to be reduced and also caffeinated drinks have to be switched to decaffeinated drinks. Neurotransmitters are boosted by caffeine in the brain which in turn increases the serotonin level by dropping the dopamine level. People suffering from depression should avoid taking coffee rich in caffeine. Meanwhile alcohol also creates a false security sense which the person depends on.
Stair 5: Best thing to be done is having sunflower seeds or raw almonds a handful as breakfast in the morning. Dopamine levels increases by eating sesame seeds too with the salads or other foods.
Stair 6: Even natural amino acid supplements can be taken to raise the dopamine level. This is available in every food store and even products containing amino acids can also be taken. Thus, these help in offering concentrated amino acids which are similar to that found in a healthy brain.
