Naturally increase Dopamine Level

Dopamine is a hormone that is used for regulating emotions and mood. It is helpful to control the sleep, anxiety levels and stress. Dopamine is produced by the brain; actually it is a natural hormone. The level of dopamine improves and control cravings and decision-making ability. For improving the social skills high level dopamine is use full. You can increase the level of dopamine naturally by the over counter.
In your daily diet try to include bananas. Banana will produce dopamine quinine; this is a natural form of Dopamine. Some fruits contains brown small areas this parts are rich with Dopamine. Antioxidants are capable to provide lots of dopamine. So include antioxidants in your diets. Main function of antioxidants is to eliminate the free radicals from the body. These free radicals are cause to lower the dopamine level. Antioxidants included in fruits and vegetables. This is available in strawberries, red beans, prunes, blueberries, artichokes and cranberries.
Reduce the amount of saturated fats and sugary foods. This will reduce the dopamine level in the blood and cause to clog the arteries and it leads to heart attack. You can have all foods what you like but try to reduce the sugar amount. Polyunsaturated oil or olive oil should use for the preparation of food.
Avoid the habit of drinking alcoholic drinks and decaffeinated coffee. Caffeine directly affects the brain function and it enhances the neurotransmitters and serotonin. After some time dopamine level will go down. Use of coffee will increase the depression. As the same way alcohol will affect the functions of neurotransmitter and result is the security system will fail.
Include sunflower seeds and almonds seeds in your break fast. More than this sandwiches and sprinkle sesame seeds are helpful increase the level of dopamine. For boosting the production of the dopamine amino acid is very useful. This will increase the concentration of the amino acids in the brain.
