Shea Butter Health Benefits

Shea butter is the natural extract that is obtained from the nuts of the seeds or the nuts of the Karite tree that is found in the tropical regions of Africa. This nut is of the size of an almond. It contains essential fatty acids and vitamins which are very beneficial. It is a rich source of A, D, F and E, which is very useful for treating dry skin and vitamin F, is very beneficial for treating dry and damaged hair as well. It is used as a natural remedy for treating dry skin.
