Stay Fresh During the Summer Heat

During this hot summer, it becomes really difficult to stay cool especially when you are hiking, rafting, backpacking, swimming and playing any of the outdoor games.

Below mentioned are few of the simple steps that help you to stay cool in the summer.

Stride 1:

Always try to wear white colored clothes as much as possible to stay cool. It repels all the heat out of your body where as dark clothes results in increase in your body temperature by absorbing the heat.

Stride 2:

Always try to stay more in the indoors all through the hottest days of summer which is high between the time 12 noon and five in the evening. If you want to take your children out for play then opt for evenings or early mornings.

Stride 3:

Due to the hot scorching sun of this summer it happens that you get quickly dehydrated due to extreme quantity of perspiration. Try to avoid caffeinated potions that tend to dehydrate your body.

Stride 4:

Try to consume light meals. If you happen to eat any of the heavy foods then it requires a huge amount of energy to digest it which results in the hampering of the cooling process of your body. So practice a habit of eating fruits and salads all through your day.

Stride 5:

Try to enjoy all the games associated with water such as playing with sprinklers, swimming and playing with water balloon. This helps you to stay cool quickly.

Stride 6:

Try to rest your body as much as possible and avert overstressing yourself. Just lay down on a raft and float in the pool which gives ultimate relaxation by beating the hot summer and live cool.
