Many people are allergic to some or the other food. Here are some of the allergic symptoms caused due to tomatoes.

Pace 1:

First thing is that the difference should be known between food intolerances and allergy. Sometimes intolerances for food will be more than allergy. Symptoms of both of them are very different too. Food intolerances are not fatal and only cause less effect on the body whereas food allergies are fatal and chemically react with the body. A person who’s allergic to tomato will undergo a histamine reaction to the protein found in skin, seeds and juice of the tomato.

Pace 2:

All these allergic symptoms should be noted and also frequency of occurrence has to be jotted down. If these symptoms increase then particular doctor has to be consulted.

Pace 3:

Eating fresh tomatoes can excite these allergic symptoms as soon as possible. There will be hives, itching in the mouth or swelling, diarrhea, persistent skin rash or even difficulty in breathing. It’s better to have processed tomato foods which don’t affect the health much.

Pace 4:

If all these allergic symptoms are prevailing even when some other raw vegetables and fruits are taken like potatoes, tobacco and eggplant, then definitely that person is allergic to these foods too.

Pace 5:

All these allergic symptoms might be fatal to some patients. So it’s better to go to a specialist and get treatment. Doctors perform 2 tests namely pin-prick allergen test and blood test.
